Spy shots of the new Volvo XC60 have been released. The main goal of this facelift is to meet the upcoming Euro 7 emission standards, and the new model is expected to debut in the first half of 2027.
The spy shots show the car with only light camouflage. The front grille is covered, suggesting an all‑new design. Part of the headlights is hidden, which are also likely to be revised. The front bumper may also get improvements. Changes at the rear are relatively minor, mainly including tweaks to taillight details and the rear bumper design. Inside, the new XC60 will feature Volvo’s latest multimedia system and an upgraded touchscreen.
In terms of power, the current 48‑volt mild‑hybrid (MHEV) and plug‑in hybrid (PHEV) lineup will be kept. However, the plug‑in hybrid version will be specially adjusted: the power of the gasoline engine will be reduced, while the rear motor power will be increased. Its pure‑electric range under the WLTP cycle will exceed 100 km.
