Spy shots of Xiangjie (STELATO)’s hardcore SUV have been leaked online. Earlier, Richard Yu said publicly during a live broadcast that Xiangjie would launch a hardcore SUV within the year. This model has a differentiated positioning from all current models under HarmonyOS Intelligent Mobility, and has received high praise from consumers after market research.
The test car in the spy shots is parked at the gate of the BAIC New Energy plant. The new car has a boxy, sharply angular overall shape. Its front headlights are rectangular, with semi-circular and circular light units inside. The outer ring is the daytime running light, and the inner ring is the lensed headlight. The front of the car retains an air intake grille, and a lidar is fitted on the roof.
From the side view, the car has a long body, and adopts a design with short front and rear overhangs and a long wheelbase. The window lines are also sharp and angular, and the overall size of the model is not small. The vehicle’s chassis shows that it uses a unibody construction, and is equipped with front double wishbone suspension, rear multi-link suspension, as well as air suspension.
