Wuling Starlight L is set to make its official debut on April 10. The upcoming model will be available in both 5-seater and 6-seater configurations and will be powered by a 1.5L plug-in hybrid system.
In terms of exterior styling, the new vehicle adopts Wuling's brand-new "Skyward Aesthetics" design language, delivering a strong sense of modern fashion. Specifically, it features a star-ring full-width light bar with segmented vertical designs on both sides, paired with a closed-off front grille that significantly boosts its high-tech vibe. At the rear, it also sports a full-width taillight assembly, whose overall shape echoes the front fascia for a cohesive look.
Dimensionally, the car measures 4,980mm in length, 1,930mm in width and 1,760mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,950mm. For the powertrain, it is equipped with the 1.5L plug-in hybrid system, where the internal combustion engine delivers maximum power outputs of 105kW and 78kW respectively. It comes with lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery packs. According to previously published regulatory filings, the pure electric driving range will be 150km and 185km, and the fuel consumption in charge-depleting mode will be 5.85L/100km and 5.9L/100km.
