The new model is still wrapped in camouflage stickers, but it’s easy to see that it will feature a brand-new grille and front headlights. The lower front bumper will keep its full-width design, with some detail tweaks also expected.
The rear end looks largely consistent with the current Land Rover Range Rover, though adjustments to the rear bumper are planned. It is also possible that a newly designed taillight setup will be used for the official launch.
According to the photographer, the car’s interior is covered with even heavier camouflage, suggesting it is likely to get a major upgrade, equipped with the latest infotainment system and driver-assistance features.
It is not yet clear whether the powertrain will be revised. The current model is offered with 3.0T, 4.4T and plug-in hybrid versions, and the new car is expected to largely carry over this powertrain lineup.
In addition, the all-electric Land Rover Range Rover will be equipped with a dual-motor four-wheel-drive system, with a combined maximum power of 550 hp. It will have a battery capacity of 117 kWh, a WLTP cruising range of 531 km, and will adopt an 800V electrical architecture.
