The Ford Everest Tremor Special Edition has officially made its debut in Abu Dhabi. The vehicle’s most significant upgrade lies in the powertrain, as it is equipped with a 2.7T V6 engine, coupled with minor enhancements to the chassis system. As reported, the new model will be an exclusive offering tailored for the Middle Eastern market.
In terms of exterior design, the new vehicle largely retains the styling cues of the diesel-powered variant. Exclusive badging has been added to the side of the body. Additionally, it comes fitted with a Bilstein suspension system, a 26mm air suspension, 17-inch wheels and all-terrain (AT) tires. Moreover, a Rock Crawl driving mode has been incorporated to boost its off-road capabilities.
For the powertrain, the new model is powered by a 2.7T twin-turbocharged V6 engine, which delivers a maximum power output of 261kW and a peak torque of 500 N·m. The engine is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission and a four-wheel drive (4WD) system.
