The all-electric new Audi A4 will be built on Volkswagen Group's latest SSP platform. However, due to software and other issues, the first model based on this platform will be delayed until 2027, with the all-electric new Audi A4 expected to launch even later.
Previously, some media outlets created a set of renderings of the all-electric new Audi A4, inspired by the Concept C concept car. This is expected to become Audi's new design language for future sedans. Its square grille design boasts strong recognition, while the square headlights and integrated air vents not only exude a strong sporty vibe but also meet the needs of ventilation and heat dissipation.
As mentioned earlier, the all-electric new Audi A4 will be produced on Volkswagen Group's latest SSP platform. According to previous information, this platform supports both all-electric and extended-range powertrains, and will be equipped with 800V technology. The all-electric new Audi A4 is expected to feature a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system, with a combined maximum power output projected between 300-400 horsepower, while the high-performance variant is expected to deliver 700 horsepower.
