The all-new SUV from the Starlight Family is set to make its debut tomorrow. Judging from its teaser poster, this model is the previously revealed Wuling Hongguang Xia, which may be named Starlight 560 in the future.
The vehicle features a borderless front grille adorned with dual horizontal light strips, paired with Wuling's silver logo at the center, exuding a strong muscular vibe overall. At the rear, compared to the front, it adopts a more conventional design style: straight taillights, a gunmetal gray rear bumper guard, and a large roof spoiler, all aligning with the vehicle's positioning.
In terms of power, the SUV is expected to offer three options: PHEV, BEV, and fuel-powered. Referring to the Starlight 730, the PHEV version will be equipped with a 1.5L engine + electric motor, delivering a pure electric range of 125km (CLTC cycle); the BEV variant will have an electric motor with a maximum power of 100kW and a pure electric range of 500km (CLTC cycle); the fuel-powered model will be fitted with a 1.5T engine generating 130kW of maximum power, mated to a 6-speed manual or CVT transmission.
