CARtech X Deepal: G318 Cooperation Agreement

2025 11/27

When manufacturing strength collides with service industry resilience, cross-border integration in automotive exports is spawning new transformations. On November 19th, CARtech, Haier Group's automotive industry internet platform, and Deepal officially signed a Channel Authorization and Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement. With the Deepal G318 as the core, the two parties will jointly advance the "manufacturing + service" dual-drive model in the new energy sector.

This cooperation stems from aligned strategies and complementary strengths. As a leading new energy brand under a central SOE, Deepal has an industrial chain covering R&D, production and supply chain. Its advantages in intelligent tech R&D and youth-focused operations complement CARtech's ecosystem. CARtech's mature "three-network integration" system covers key cities, ensuring efficient user access.

The Deepal G318 serves as the cooperation core due to its strong product strength and integration potential. This rugged box-style SUV sets an all-scenario benchmark: dual-motor 4WD and two differential locks enable strong off-road performance; class-exclusive air suspension CDC system ensures a comfortable ride; German-designed armor-style exterior fits young users' aesthetics. More importantly, its high modification potential matches CARtech's Lorinser and other premium resources, supporting personalized mobility solutions.

The cooperation has entered the substantive phase. Chongqing, Chengdu, Xiamen, Jinan and other key cities have launched sales pilots. Leveraging CARtech's direct stores, an innovative retail model is taking shape. To ensure service quality, CARtech arranged factory visits and technical training for channel representatives, enhancing sales service capabilities and optimizing the full journey from viewing to purchase.

This cooperation goes beyond channel expansion—it's strategic alignment between manufacturing and service sectors. Going forward, the two parties will deepen R&D collaboration to develop scenario-specific models, strengthen co-branding, and build a full-cycle mobility ecosystem. Deepal's manufacturing strength combined with CARtech's ecosystem capabilities sets a new synergy benchmark for the new energy industry, embeds a user-centric approach into the industry's core, and drives China's automotive industry toward value co-creation.
