The new model features an upgraded exterior and adds a lidar system, which will enhance its intelligent assisted driving capabilities.
In terms of exterior design, the interior of the new Lynk&Co 08’s front headlights has been optimized with a new "Brilliant Star River" element, while still retaining the iconic design of the Lynk&Co family. The front bumper has been re-optimized, with an enlarged lower air intake and expanded air deflectors on both sides, giving the vehicle a more sporty appearance. Meanwhile, a lidar system has been added to the roof.
The side profile of the vehicle remains largely consistent with the current model, but it is equipped with a brand-new wheel design. It still adopts the two-tone body and hidden door handles, with a small blue light for assisted driving added below the side mirrors. In terms of dimensions, the new model has a length, width, and height of 4825/1915/1660mm respectively, with a wheelbase of 2848mm. At the rear, the new car retains the iconic through-type taillights of the current Lynk&Co 08, and the smoked black rear bumper has an aggressive, sporty look. Additionally, the new model offers two new paint color options: "Gilded Stream Light" (gold) and "Clear Sky Blue".
For the powertrain, it remains the same as the current model, equipped with a 1.5T plug-in hybrid system. The single-motor version has a maximum power of 280kW, while the dual-motor version reaches 436kW. Its CLTC pure electric range options are 120km, 245km, and 220km.
