The new Genesis G80 has officially hit the market, offering two configuration models. The new G80 continues the brand's philosophy of "Athletic Elegance" in its design. The front face features a large shield-shaped grille, embellished with rhombic elements inside. Additionally, the Wing-inspired LED headlights utilize Micro Lens Array (MLA) technology to enhance lighting and nighttime visibility. Customers can choose from 18-inch, 19-inch, and 20-inch wheel designs.
In terms of interior, the new G80 is equipped with a 27-inch OLED integrated intelligent screen, a three-spoke steering wheel, an integrated center console, electronic rotary gearshift, touch-controlled air conditioning panel, wireless charging, and ambient lighting, all designed to improve interaction and create a luxurious atmosphere. The car comes standard with 10 airbags across all models, including a front-center airbag and knee airbags.
Powering the new Genesis G80 is a 2.5T turbocharged engine that comes as standard across the range, delivering a maximum power output of 304 horsepower and a peak torque of 422 Nm. This is paired with a rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive system. The vehicle also comes equipped with a pre-sensing electronically controlled suspension system, which can adjust damping in real-time based on road conditions detected by the forward-facing camera.
