
New design sketches of the upcoming Chery QQ3 EV special variant have been leaked. The model is slated to make its debut at the Chengdu Motor Show, positioned as a more refined premium special edition. Adopting the Neo Retro design philosophy, it reinterprets classic retro styling elements with a modern approach.
The interior of the new variant will feature exclusive leather textures and decorative trim, along with bespoke color schemes. The Chery QQ3 EV is equipped with the AI Lingxi Smart Cockpit, headlined by a 15.6-inch 2.5K central touchscreen powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip. Integrated with the Carmind intelligent assistant, it supports interactive functions including natural AI voice conversation, AI image generation and intelligent vehicle control. It also offers smartphone connectivity via CarPlay, HiCar and CarLink.
On the powertrain front, the Chery QQ3 EV adopts a rear-mounted rear-wheel-drive pure electric system. The motor is available in two tuning versions, with maximum power of 58kW and 90kW, and peak torque of 90N·m and 115N·m respectively. It comes standard with the Rhino Battery in 29.48kWh and 41.28kWh capacities, delivering a CLTC-rated pure electric range of 310km and 420km. Fast charging from 30% to 80% state of charge takes no more than 16.5 minutes, and the vehicle also supports a 6.6kW vehicle-to-load (V2L) external discharge function. In addition, the model is fitted with a rear multi-link independent suspension and has a minimum turning radius of 5.2 meters.
