
The new Mercedes-Benz GLB AMG continues the exterior and interior design of the existing model. The key exterior update is the addition of optional 21-inch AMG multi-spoke light-alloy wheels paired with red brake calipers.
In terms of configuration, the model adds a fingerprint scanner and introduces the Energizing Comfort Package as an optional feature. The Intelligent Drive Assist Plus has been upgraded from an option to standard equipment, featuring Level 2 advanced driver assistance capabilities.
For power, the new vehicle continues to be equipped with a 2.0T turbocharged engine coupled with a 48V mild hybrid system. It delivers a maximum power of 306 hp (225 kW) and a peak torque of 400 N·m. The maximum power speed has been adjusted from 5,800 rpm to 6,100 rpm, while the maximum torque speed ranges from 2,500 to 4,000 rpm (up from the previous 3,000-4,000 rpm). The RSG motor provides an additional 10 kW of output power and 150 N·m of torque during acceleration, mated to an 8-speed wet dual-clutch transmission (DCT).
