At the 2025 Shanghai Auto Show, the all-new Lexus ES made its global debut, integrating electrification technology with both hybrid and pure electric versions to be offered.
In terms of exterior design, the new Lexus ES adopts a coupe-like body style. The front end features split headlights, with daytime running lights retaining the classic Lexus design, complemented by avant-garde air intakes on both sides. L-shaped black trim strips on the side further enhance the sporty feel, while large multi-spoke wheels add to its dynamic appearance. The car also boasts an attractive ducktail design at the rear, with tail lights that exude a strong sense of technology.
Inside, the future China-bound Lexus ES interior incorporates two large screens, with an overall design leaning more towards a youthful aesthetic. Regarding powertrains, Lexus showcased the ES 350e and ES 500e models at this auto show, with plans for both pure electric and hybrid variants in the future.
