CARtech Participates in Drafting the "Used Car Dealership Service Standards"
From July 3 to 5, the "2023 China Used Car Conference", hosted by the China Automobile Dealers Association, was held in Chengdu. With the theme "Exploring New Paths, Embarking on a New Journey," the event brought together industry leaders to analyze market trends and explore strategies for high-quality development.
During the conference, the industry’s first "Used Car Dealership Service Standards", co-authored by Cartech, was officially released. As a key contributor to this standard, Cartech has played an essential role in promoting the healthy and orderly development of the used car industry.
Addressing common industry pain points—such as the lack of post-sale warranties, incomplete inspections, low vehicle quality, absence of service guarantees, and limited cross-region support—CARtech has established a full-cycle service system covering both pre-sales and after-sales, setting a new benchmark for industry service standards.
For vehicle inspections, CARtech has developed an industry-leading "10-category, 375-point comprehensive vehicle inspection standard", covering four key stages: acquisition, store arrival, certification, and delivery. This four-stage inspection solution provides a structured approach to ensuring vehicle quality.
In terms of after-sales service, CARtech has achieved extensive nationwide coverage across 100 cities, offering customers reliable post-sale support and service assurance.
