The qualifications of the first batch of registered enterprises are about to expire. In order to actively respond to the national policy of promoting second-hand car export business, assist enterprises in renewing their registration, smoothly carry out business, and further promote the healthy and orderly development of our city's second-hand car export industry, the relevant work tips are as follows:
One is the declaration method. At any time before the expiration of the registration validity period, enterprises can log in to the "Unified Platform of the Business System of the Ministry of Commerce" enterprise end, select "Add" to fill in the application materials, and apply for the new year's second-hand car export qualification. The validity period of the record shall be recalculated from the date of approval, and the validity period shall be one year.
The second is the declaration requirements. When submitting application materials, enterprises should update and truthfully report them in accordance with the requirements of the "Announcement on Matters Related to the Export of Used Cars" issued by the Ministry of Commerce and other five departments, taking into account the actual business development of the enterprise.
The third is material specifications. The original copy of the business license, official seal, contract, appraiser certificate, audit report and other supporting materials can be scanned and uploaded, without the need for a second official seal; Four documents, including the basic information of the enterprise and its investors, business operations, development plan for the next three years of second-hand car export business, and implementation plan for second-hand car export business, need to be stamped with official seals and scanned and uploaded; The corporate commitment letter and official letter must be signed by the legal representative and stamped with the corporate seal before being scanned and uploaded.
